Basically all someone had to do was get the other party to sign a quit claim deal to fix the error, But wow, the title company hem and hawed, and pointed fingers, and then more finger pointing between lawyers, and more delays.....in the end, I had to pay my attorney to do the legwork and get the thing filed.
