I just also stumbled upon an opening that my stepdad had for dumping sewage from his RV, which gave me the idea of purchasing a decent trailer/camper to turn into an Airbnb....then of course the option of finding a separate property for Airbnb.

these types of deals end up with broken hearts and hurt feelings @J Scott  has very valid points.If I was putting the cash into the deal I would want to be on title so I have the right to sell and pay off the lien holders.. of course this can go fine and cumbya and all but it can also lead to a disaster and broken friend ships.the seasoning and flipping rules that J Scott mentions are one of your major stumbles to whoever advised you on at the double close scenario  un less the property is sold for cash.

I have been back and forth to my county websites, on the phone with the county clerk, walked into the assessor's office, to no/limited avail.Well, the other day I stumbled upon a county website that had a list of almost ALL the properties in the county; there was an export button (oh my, how the wheels of my genius excel skills began to turn). 279,000 was the list number, I hit export only to open a blank spreadsheet.
