I would suggest completing your own research, linking up with local professionals, and then reaffirming or disputing what you thought about those markets...once you land on your top 3, build your team...and a great agent is your go-to for making connections and getting you into the right property.Having some sort of connection to where you invest is always a good idea...perhaps somewhere you have family or friends or simply like to visit on occasion...staying connected will accelerated your success.Best of luck going forward

The one she left in the unit was not ours and i have that proof in a text message confirmation from her and i had a repair man come check it and he said it was not safe to use at all it was missing parts and wires were broken. 100.00 -REFUND TO TENANTS They did not contact me to dispute or try to resolve this issue.
