IF the child does indeed have this disability AND the accommodation is necessary and reasonable.The fence choice does not have to be the exact type chosen by the tenant, so find a fence the would meet everyone's needs... tenant, landlord and HOA.

Her child got very ill and she had no where near enough money to pay for what was needed and the result was medical collections.

Could even be that this mother has kids with some other guy and has to pay that guy child support!

It is a woman and her adult daughter (both listed as tenants and contributing income toward rent), plus the woman's minor child as an occupant.

I do not know if section 8 has always been this way or not but when I went to briefing to get my voucher and rent amount all I was given was a packet with my approved 2 bedroom and a sheet that is front and back and I have to add up all of my income (child support, cash assistance, etc) and then look on the sheet to see what my rent will be.
