@Joshua I was thinking a voice to text recognition with next word logic.

Just imagine though the quality of the young person with the perserverance to sit on the side reading and learning for years and that they'll do when their voice is unleashed.

@Matt R.I would listen to somebody like Bruce Norris who has a track record of correctly calling the market tops and bottoms, and acted on his own advice to complete hundreds of transactions, over an academic that really has nothing to lose if his analysis is wrong. 

I would also voice the FHA option, thats the one im pursuing right now.

reading a book offers you a chance to think like the writer and knowing @Brandon Turner and following his BP webinars puts his face and voice to the words i read on the book. so i kinda feel like ive been spending a lot of time with him sharing his knowledge and me being a sponge.good stuff man!
