I've noticed sometimes the BP emails get pushed to the spam folder for some reason.

But Monkeybutt I get spam mail from toyota, dominos and pizza hut all the time.Yes you Poombah.. those companies are well known, they are established and you know the brand.

I did not want to gamble all of my family's saving for this education.

Unless you know exactly when the next dip in the market will be you could be attempting to gamble on that and lose if nothing happens for awhile.

Then gamble await - - even a blind pig finds a truffle once in a while.

Besides, appreciation is gambling, and it is also long term, so it doesn't effect your current financial analysis.  

That was my thought initially, until I saw a lot of spam coming from the biggerpockets sponsored posts "no deposit, 100K passive income, no problem!"...

Anything else is on the same level with gambling.

Will be glad to have a bite to eat and chat about REI.I gave up on Bandit Signs about 2yrs ago or so when I had to face a judge for spamming the city - lucky and to make a long story short I had to pay ONLY $600 in fines and 6mo probation.LS

But, this type of public advertising for investors/partners is frowned upon by the SEC and most states without the proper registrations having happened beforehand.They frown upon links to articles here and I do not spam so if you want, send me a PM and will give you the link to an article discussing how to stay legal when seeking investors/partners.
