Fundamentally, STR is a great space to be in as we recover from the pandemic for a litany of reasons.I recommend following Richard Furtig on YouTube and buying your prospective Zip Code on AirDna.co for Market Data.Richard Furtig has multiple properties in the OBX and has a treasure trove of info on STR ownership on YouTube.
