But if you have the dough, you can start elsewhere.No in-house contractors per se...everyone is independent contractors but the maintenance guys I use are pretty much in house.If you are looking in Chicago, I am a big advocate of Pilsen and Little Village.

The property is new and i'm not sure we would require that much "management" in the beginning, (cleaning/keys and keeping eye on property) maybe just someone who local and trustworthy and can be our boots on the ground per se.

There is nothing wrong with services like Angies List and Yelp per se.....but understand that companies and individuals with high ratings on there are people who are good at requesting reviews from satisfied clients.
