I akin this to selling lottery tickets yes someone gets rich but thousands of sucker just spend money.. there are not enough deals in the US to go around for all the people you try to recruit.. granted some with flourish.. but that some is 1 in 50 or 1 in 100 and in the mean time your making money off of their cash that they really don't have to spend. If someone wants to be int he business they should get a RE license and create a real career not this phony baloney stuff or they should make their money in another business then enter RE investing with CASH not broke and homeless.

Find out what service providers the “big guys” are using. For the big ticket services, I like to price compare a few common service issues BEFORE something happens. For example;Plumber: Replace a 50 gallon water heater (or whatever size you have) normal and after hour pricing, in case it goes out on a weekendSnake / clear a clogged toilet ( I have a photo album of all of the things our plumber has found in clogged drains over the years ) don’t judge!
