To get into that path of progress, you are going to have to get a feel to see what areas are set for improvement by talking to locals, surveying the landscape and trends, contemplating potential new transit lines or nearby large developments, etc...

Just curious if everyone's still crushing it despite these not-insignificant tax hits.As far as management fees, like most I'm not a huge fan of another 20% - 30% hit in that department, but also, like most, I have a full-time job that (in my case) doesn't allow me the ten hours per week commitment for self-managing as reported by @Monika Haebich in the HomeAway survey.

The problem with this is that if you get a thorough and complete survey by a capable LOCAL surveyor, you will see a note in the survey that only the parties certified have rights to it and that the survey is only to be used for that particular transaction.
