Hello, Does anyone know a way of finding out phone numbers of owners in Cook County?

IF the tenant says s/he smokes, THEN the form will kick them to the section that says we don't rent to smokers.

I didn’t mention the 30 years of 3 full time smokers that left a nicotine film even inside of closed closets!  

The reason your house is greasy is that your range hood is underpowered for the cooking that is done.

Haven't been able to walk through and the pictures look rough - no flooding but heavy cosmetic w/indoor smokers.

@Elisabeth Cooke You sure can, though keep in mind your deduction will be limited to taxable business income and you must meet the "use" requirements. 

Additionally, while Chicago/Cook county has been experiencing population declines, many of the collar counties are experiencing significant growth.

Stated: Previous addresses on application match previous addresses on credit report, application filled out completely/correctly, specify # of instances and how long ago criminal activity needs to be, no bankruptcy in past 3 years, not turned into collections (you effectively have this), no evictions.Non published things to look at: smoker, pets, has bank account, has lived at previous addresses for over 1 year, roots in the community, not fussy, how long indicates plans to stay, how well their desired move in date aligns to your date, has sued or been sued.

They have a beautiful high end commercial kitchen (available to all tenants) where a Chef regularly holds gourmet cooking classes for women who 'usually only make reservations for dinner', (her words).The open house they had was so well attended they had a shuttle running from an offsite parking lot.

I am about to start an Air BnB and am concerned about smokers, pets and general odor elimination between guests.
