Abnormal food shortages in 3rd world this winter. 

There is no shortage of realtors.

As a result there is a shortage of housing for anyone who does not fit into the ideal family structure: divorcees, career oriented women, unmarried people, gays--anyone undergoing a life transition.

I would also suggest attending some REIA meetings in the area (there's no shortage of them).

I'm looking to invest more in the Bay Area mainly for the appreciation potential (especially with the shortage of housing and the appeal of Silicon Valley both for jobs and location). 

There is a housing shortage with MANY workers (both full time and contracted) opting to live here for the week but not move to town.  

We have a housing shortage with the amount of people that are moving here every day.

They will either pay higher rent to correct nonsensical problems or land lords will let house’s go back to the bank or be torn down, again resulting in higher rent due to a created housing shortage.

We're thinking of pivoting away from SWFL for our 2nd STR because of the housing shortage.   

These are typically the post war built ranch in good areas that are totally overlooked by Wall Street.Of course, there is also a shortage of this type of rental now but we can still pick up several on a regular basis.Good luck with your search.
