I just help them maintain their listings such as updating their rates for them or uploading new photos.I will be sending rental agreement contracts to the potential guests, but they are the contracts drawn up by the property owners, not a real estate contract that I've provided.I looked at the DORA.co.gov site and I examined the list of "Licensed Professions and Businesses" and didn't see anything that seemed to fit my service.

Partnering with a Realtor can be troublesome when the market changes and he has cash flow problems.If you can examine his finances and determine he can stand alone w/o income from sales then an experienced investor partner, whether agent or not, may be a good fit.
