Exponential growth is fascinating to watch!

We have our offer process down to a fairly accurate science (I still have some ways to improve our models, but i'm also a perfectionist).

Hello,After studying (well listening) my first Real Estate Book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" I was fascinated by the way the author showed the difference between the Hard Working family and Smart working family.

As a new investor who recently moved to this area, I'm fascinated to see where investor friendly deals are occurring.

It's not rocket science.

I have skills I've obtained from it, but I'm not going to do anything with political science or history.However, I think the US overdoes its higher education too much (at least on the lower levels).

I just started reading Brandon's book "Rental Property Investing" and am excited to jump into the fascinating world of real estate.

Good comps are nearly irrefutable so if you have good comps and a decent lender to negotiate value using appraisers formulas for determining value you can almost always get the appraiser to come up or meet you near where "value," should be.This is where the science of appraisal meets the arts of persuasion. 

I'm really tired of all of my time and money going nowhere.I honestly have the what, where down to a science.
