Just to point out that the bank fees typically charged ($500-700) don't come anywhere close to covering all the salary/benefits of the originator, processors, admins, and underwriters that work on the loan, not to mention all the bank and facilities overhead that has to be allocated.

When a Park has several nice homes I will allocate 5-10K for the very very nice ones as that's what they will likely sell for to the tenants - it's a one time cost and not part of the recurring business value.
