There are lot of dumb people out there who think that because it is a garbage disposal and it has blades that it gives them carte blanche to throw every and anything down there.

The back, I'd go over the concrete with sleeper 2x4's & decking, I'd put up 6' stockade fencing attached to the chain link to make it private.

Issues Found:- chimney detached from roof- bow in roof (next to chimney)- deck needs some new boards and refinishing- slant in kitchen floor (REALLY concerning) - DIY trim (put up own trim throughout entire house!)
