Home owner has several old judgements & up here (according to our attorney) if the judgement is over 10 years old & it has not been re-activated per se it can not be attach to the home.

I meant that the more units one has, the more you have to juggle, per se, making management more of a task and burdensome.

If you are looking "close in N/NE/SE" that stuff moves very fast and many times before it ever hits MLS.

It's not a lot of money per se, but distributing payments over time, for free, is nice.
