This will require a credit pull (good credit), required inspections (termite, perhaps wood destroying organism, perhaps wind mitigation), and most importantly a good insurance policy (those inspections must pass, and all safety issues corrected...no holes in walls or floors, siding on, good roof, passable electric system...no Federal Pacific panels).

Yeah, it's all about the numbers...You can upgrade panel & service.just cuz wiring is OLD doesn't mean it's faulty necessarily.you can use PEX for water supplyIf drains are just clogged they can be cleaned out by plummerIf roofer goes up ON THE ROOF, he should be able to give a reasonable quote.it goes on and on but it's all about the price in the end

Okay so I'm looking to by my personal home and I'm looking two for some Equity as soon as I move in assuming that I have bought correctly what are some renovations that I can do that will bring equity besides the same kitchen and bathroom will I gain any Equity from doing things like removing wood paneling and putting up drywall but basically I'm looking for some type of list of things to help improve the house and get as much equity as possible

You will also have to pay for the new electric meter socket, wire to the transformer, and electrical panel inside the house.You may have to re-do the plumbing in the house to split up the two sides of the house so they can be on separate meters.
