There is a utility shed with all four water heaters and a washer & dryer, which unit #1 has always used.

We include washer and dryers in each of our units instead of the local standard of "washer and dryer connections".

I was wondering if it is common for renters to bring their own washer/dryer or do most investors provide a washer/dryer?
