First off, I would like to say am I glad that I have stumbled upon the Bigger Pockets Website.

Thanks so much for sharing, we see a lot of success stories but it was great to stumble across a success story that has pretty much everything to do with how amazing BP is.

Perhaps I would have stumbled upon them or figured them out on my own, but it would have taken me years on my own instead of learning it from him in 3 days.

Hello Everyone,I actually stumbled upon this site while researching the Freedom Funding program from Josh Cantrell.  

The difference is those who achieve in life know that there were moments when it mattered how they chose and they chose wisely rather than take the lazy way out.The problems that left you with no HS degree as the same things that will cause you to stumble in almost anything.

In my opinion starting is the biggest stumbling block for so many.

I stumbled across BiggerPockets through a Youtube podcast post.

Hot neighborhoods like BedStuy and Bushwick are chock full of them, and I'm considering doing one myself on an off-market property I've stumbled upon.
