The AF cancelled the Joint Star program, reducing the number of jobs on the base a bit.

I am just asking if the stars have aligned where a lot of new STR investors are now struggling due to these promises, a recession/lack of vacations, and price increases on basic needs and is now a time to limit/push the success STRs have had these past few years.Thanks again!

That's exactly how it will work if all the stars align perfectly and your credit is top tier.

Just because you know the rules of how the game is played does NOT make you a star quarterback. 

I'm all about shooting for the stars but you're essentially trying to walk into a 3mil property with zero dollars out of your own pocket....? 

I was sick of renting so the stars aligned in pulling the trigger.

The D.C. area is so transient really anywhere should work, the military also pays an insane per diem on mtr, I had a friend who was on assignment and rented a 2bd condo in navy yard for like $7500 a month (I was paying $2700 for a long term for context) they also unrelatedly gave him like a $100 food budget or something per day, this dude ate at every michelin star restaurant in the city lol.
