UPS just announced a new shipping facility with several hundred jobs in Tacoma.

.- Building was built in 1940, all brick- There’s a loading dock and large garage door in back.

They currently owe 10,000 worth of bad taxes witch I would pay plus I would be giving them and additional 3000 on top of that and covering all transfer fees and attorney fees as well.The property's tax assed value is 35,000I understand I will be needing an affidavit to prove they have legal ownership ship before I can buy it from them.

Plus combined with the fact the KC is smack in the middle of the country, I forsee many companies with national distribution looking at KC as a viable location to ship east west north south.

back in the deep dark days of 09 2010  I sold a good portion of my OREO inventory Zero down Zero % interest on 5 to 7 year notes.. with those terms I had 100% pay rates no defaults.but that ship has sailed..
