Hi CJ - We have observed the market here growing as well and another thing that strengthens our market in my opinion is the military base.

It’s understandable from my POV as an observer. 

Did you go to inspection step or did you just observed a bunch of items on seeing the property and evaluate that way.

So...I'll be just on the sidelines observing for now.

These are just my observations from being in the service and monitoring things for years, example being my primary where the prior owner had moved on to another base and sold it to me for a profit but 40k under the appraisal I got from the home... most times military people cannot float two mortgages or even a rent/base housing at the follow on assignment, they have to get out of the mortgage.

I'm always interested in talking to other investors in th e area and exchanging ideas and observations. 

We investigated some areas in Florida and observed some areas have minimum rental periods of 1 month versus 1 week.

I would even have monthly maintenance so you can observe their behavior.

The rent will be nearly the same across town in house that costs half as much.I don't know specifically the neighborhood you're talking about, but this is a general observation from my analyses.
