I would say it depending on the location of the property.From 2003 to till 2017 I was hosting in Toluca Lake (Los Angeles) No shortage of people in need there and most were sort of long stays (a month to 1 year) and they were paying a slightly discounted AIRBNB rate.Now I am doing the same west of Austin.
