When you show up as a new investor to them, the agent already knows that it is not going to be a big fish property, so they are not going to make it a top priority to bend over backwards for you or a cheap house.... understandable, because I am an agent who also gets the 5-10 calls a month from people looking a cheap home for "deals".

Other than that we don't see the need to get into it, certainly not with people who are not investors themselves.Guys I fish with.............it never comes up.

Like when i went on a camping/fishing trip, I was texting bad and forth with a new tenant coaching her on how to use electronic payment software.I decided to go 50/50 traditional/Roth, mostly because I genuinely have NO IDEA if I will take a high paying civilian job in the max tax bracket, live off and pursue real estate full time, or something in between - after leaving the service in a few years.
