This summer I'll have more than enough from rentals to cover myself and I'm going to continue to do contract work because I'm going to buy another house closer to Chicago for the contract work, want to start planning my African safari this year and want one of those F150s with the King Ranch trim package but kind of like owning house and car free and clear so I'm doing everything for cash.

That can get pricey if you're contracting out int. painting, trim work, flooring, ext. paint and etc.
