Contractor needed for bathroom remodel and finish basement

We have a duplex in Waldo area of Kansas City, MO. A bathroom remodel, and finish up a job that was left. It needs paint, carpet, bathroom remodel of a small bathroom and a possible basement finish. Also finish up trim. Would anyone have any recommendations of people? Willing to pay competitively for quality work and people. We're out of state and are antsy to get our duplex filled.
