Sponsors need to get paid for their time and LPs should want for them to feel financially stable so that they're not doing moonlighting gigs to make ends meet while they're gambling with their money. 

I used to get hundreds of calls per year from real estate agents who are cold calling using Vulcan7's illegal auto-spam robo-call dialer system.

The only hope for keeping the Portland house is a gamble on equity and rising home prices.

I just can't find any info about this company, and with all the spam nonsense that floats around the REI Facebook groups, it just doesn't sit well (although I'd love 100% financing LOL).

I mean not only is it a gamble to not fix right away but it also tarnishes your reputation as well.

Just to let Josh know, I have thousands of emails, much of it I consider spam, but have hu nundreds where I have been asked if I would participate in deals.....my answer has always been no.

A little sneaky, but ultimately you are getting their email so that you could send them EXACTLY what they need in the future, so you're not spamming them or anything.

You can buy this and lose $3k per month while hoping the market continues to rocket to the moon, but that's gambling.

I checked the spam folder too. 

I could do that In the stock market or go to Vegas and gamble.
