Just wanted to post a warning out there they have a demo version and if you forget to unsubscribe they'll just continue to take your money.They also don't make it easy to unsubscribe, you need to contact them and have a human do it.Pretty shady business tactic IMO.

Many of the old pros saw this coming a mile away (sub $50k homes are rarely money makers and the model isn't scalable, plus any time a provider uses used-car-salesman tactics like sending props and then immediately saying 'they're sold, sorry, but buy this one without an inspection so you don't lose out again!'

And there is just no way those folks all change for the better.they might make 6 payments maybe 12 maybe 18 then there you go default all over again.. so you really need massive discount to note value so you can come up with the creative tactics your using to keep people in the homes...
