I personally have a general handyman, my Lawncare company, pest control, and some companies that are specialists such as roofer, Electrican and plumber. 

most people like to be specialists, rather than generalists, as the more specialized line of work is likely to bring higher focus and higher profits. but it's for any one person to decide if they rather do one thing or spread out into something else. most RE agents want to be agents and (hopefully in this market at least) don't have time to be flippers or anything else.
