Also, they cap what you can offer unless it's in a 'low or moderate' income area, which also negates certain areas as no nice areas are in their price zone.

Hahahah @Cody Alexander I don't think it's a matter of how it "came off to me" because apparently moderators agreed. 

I don't want to sell it ,but we need the money to grow our business.( From Moderator: Any selling of property or asking for offers needs to go in the marketplace section for which you need to be a Pro or Plus member). 

We are buying a moderate sized multifamily building in a high priced area.  

And don't fear, anybody who tries to steer you wrong for their own benefit will suffer at the hands of the more experienced investors and/or moderators.

It was an online presentation of a few slides and basically the moderator (coach) going over a few basic concepts.

Generally: Dealing in low value properties really isn't that economical compared to moderate mid-price range homes after all things are considered.
