Much more management will be required as tenants (who don’t know each other) will get in disputes over A-Z reasons (theft, drugs, cleanliness, being too loud, etc.).

It's a financial risk that I would not be willing to take; the resolution involves a painful process and it may even require that the unpermitted work be removed/demolished - and as your agent advised, the inspection could extend to the entire structure.

Additionally with marginal credit scores the interest rates charged if you could get a loan are likely very,very high.If there is fraudulent charges on your credit reports and you dispute them the reporting party has to prove that the accounts belong to you and show supporting evidence to the credit agencies or the mark should be removed.Credit does not get fixed overnight.
