I was trying to get a home owners quote from my current auto insurance company, which I used for my home insurance when I had my home last year.The problem I'm having is, I sold my home last year and have been living back with my family.. so I no longer have a personal home with home owner insurance and the insurance company wont give me home owner insurance for a non owner occupied home. 

You can bet that besides payroll expenses, benefit expenses, auto expenses, etc., they've built in a markup to make it a profit center.2) They hire contractors and get invoices from those contractors, but either bill owners on their letterhead or that of a wholely owned subsidiary and charge a markup that owners don't see.With the amount of time it takes to properly manage the maintenance process, there's no way a PMC can NOT charge a markup and provide acceptable service.

Regardless of the type of business...driveshare, handmade jewelry, auto repairs, food truck, whatever...you must also determine the cost of them operating that business, PLUS the cost of normal living expenses.

Since I know the number of touches I want for each type I can have globiflow do a workflow where for each type auto tasks to mail are assigned.

Title insurers vary in their underwriting requirements just like medical insurers and auto insurers.

State Farm was the only big co I found that would do a LL or commercial policy without also needing my  home or auto policy. 

I have 2 units within 15 min of my house and I've managed them both for 8 years now and with the exception of the world wind of a turn over or some repairs, they are on auto pilot 95% of the time.

I also have some nice auto messages I use to do the initial "screen" to save my time from the tire kickers and the "is it still available" annoyers.

@Peter Kopchik I assume you had auto insurance at the time of the accident.  

If you send something to the guest and then later update it, the data auto refreshes electronically so when they look at the electronic guide, it is the most updated version.
