@Jose Diaz  Months ago which was the last time I gave advice on this, which was to think through on establishing a business entity, because the Investor had no equity to lose at that time and low down financing wouldn't be available to someone with an LLC , Realty Trust or Corp.a little guy from Detroit, who helps rescue dogs, and hadn't done a deal yet, told me I was crazy and an Ahole for that advice.I hope he's learned a little more by now...Anyway, at our MassRealEstate.net meetings I usually have an Attorney and encourage Investors to meet with them and PAY (discount for our members) for:a consultationa Review of the Contracts and Procedures they use.Then when they get into trouble, they have a resource to help defend their actions and the Contract.
