When I choose primary residence, the amount of loan money I can get is a lot higher than if I had chosen investing and I was wondering since I technically will be living in the house for at least a year, do I get pre-approved for primary residence or investing?

They accept everyone, you are not chosen if that's how they play it... it's just about the $ to them, it's a #'s game the more they people they accept in the more $ they make.

This implies items were chosen to minimize maintenance/cap ex.It takes effort to sell.I takes effort to buy right.  

They have chosen to be law abiding and deserve a home for their family that is free of know potential dangers.

Not sure how it will be done but he will have the opportunity to live in San Diego regardless of the profession he chooses (I do not want pay to be a primary consideration in his chosen profession).It is costly to living in paradise (paradise other than the crowds).

I am sorry its been a while since I gave an update.1) killed this goal way over 120 posts for year.2) I am up to podcast 269 and should be able to finish them this year3) As noted previously I have chosen not to pursue this goal4) Still working on this goal to purchase with out a partner.
