Any suggestions on a nice way to put don't ask me to fix your garage opener while I am carrying my child to the car in the morning on the way to work?

We are still newborns at this and we are still working on deciding what our focus will be and what areas to start our direct mail campaign.

Let me tell you about what happened to me:  I bought my first property in 1996 married with one child ( now have 5 kids) at age 29 purchased  a 4 unit building.

I believe it means mischievous child.

Though I see you have a little one, home renovations with child can be tricky but its not impossible.

Once we had 2nd child, decided to move into mother-in-laws house since she invited us and it's a 2700 sq ft property with no mortgage, big yard for kids, mother-in-law lives on property to help with kids, etc.

With out first child on the way I'm starting to transfer more and more duties off to people I can trust, but it's hard for me to let go of that responsibility.

I hoped to form an LLC in Wyoming (to get the anonymity) and perhaps have a child LLC in Massachusetts.
