risk /reward.. anyone with any common sense knows the two do not go together but yet these investors still chase those deals.Brokers just put the stuff up in the form of listings.. and I have not really seen a broker say an area was a B when it was really a D..unless its a Morris invest situation were he was a broker or is a broker and de frauded a ton of folks.. and his marketing messages were all bass akwards saying that D and low C tenants are better than  A and BI mean it happened to you personally right. ??
