I mean, yeah, duplexes are fine and all but there's only so many duplexes in the world and most of the ones in central Florida are woefully overpriced because they happen to be near one of the innumerable theme parks which don't actually make the place a more attractive rental. 

Everyone knows Orlando because of the theme parks, you don't need to explain where Ft.

Wife and I will be in St Charles next week for a wedding reception and at the same time want to look at a few properties in old St Charles.  

The next one is this coming WED in Whippany.

But if you are in the city next to a theme park let's say, then you are probably going to do better with 1 master with bath, a bedroom that can accommodate a queen/king and then a few bedrooms for kids.
