That is part of what's bothering me - I don't have the sophistication to easily tease out what is likely going to happen vs. what is likely not going to.I guess one thing that is certain is that the Fed is printing money like crazy, and we have an unmanageable debt.

My lender wanted to see current bank statements, and several months worth of payroll statements, so they find out quickly how we spend our money and how much money on average we typically have on had on a monthly basis.I hope this was not too long winded!
