Savings account accumulation isn’t the end of the world…yes the dollar is losing value to inflation, but that is a grand philosophical conclusion and in real life, having some extra reserves is never a bad thing.  

Came to that conclusion two months ago.  

The legislation has not yet passed, but a councilman recently told me at a meeting on the subject that passing the legislation is a forgone conclusion.

I was originally going to do an LLC but I've come to the conclusion I can accomplish my goal with an umbrella policy and not risk getting the mortgages getting called.  

Within this role, I was able to see the market's ceiling and also come to a number of conclusions about why it existed/persisted.

Great post Steve, I just read through every single thread and I'm pretty sure I have come to a conclusion...I'm going to finish out the class-room portion of the RE class, because I've already learned a ton and feel more confident in real estate because of it.

To take it to its final conclusion, the check sent (and returned) is only good for XXX time after date on check per banking laws.

Conclusion of thoughtClearly this is just an example and not perfect and results can vary but I think it can show the benefits of all cash investing.

So in conclusion, if the buyer agrees to pay the closing costs, make sure it says "Buyer will pay ALL closing costs" on the PSA.
