I was reading a few things about people rejecting tenant applicants with tattoo's. 

However, most likely adwords will reject the campaign based on the low search volume.

I would simply reject their application once you find a better applicant.They have no real income, basicly self employed and not particularly stable.  

They rejected it and ended up selling the house for less than what I bid after the auction ended haha.  

Guy is literally making 6 straight succesful shot making 7 digit in number, and he's not even famous like steve jobs, lot of people like these in our area.... no arrogance no bragging and still only has one home lolyour friend that's being fried from google is lucky he got one year severance, there're some of us that's begging to get laid off and wanna move back to taiwan or china but rejected lol

I am about to issue 20+ rejection letters to section 8 applicants on a rental property- what is the most appropriate way to do this?

You might have to give them close to asking price to secure the deal, but it couldn't hurt to ask all they can Do is reject the offer.

The sellers came back rejecting this offer and asking $950K and saying they would cancel the open house from today. 

Move on reject the applicant. 

So you may get a quick rejection to even a conversation.
