There was no second, and the banks bid was significantly below the judgement amount, so there was no possibility of proceeds, it was also during a time like today when there was no tax consequence for the forgiven deficiency and the lender waived their right to a deficiency judgment.

The Primary mortgager "Wells Fargo" was notified of this activity, and on 3/23/2015 a JUDGEMENT was made for $150,000 in regards to the Primary mortgage, and a second auction date was set, which will occur on 11/24/2015.Questions:If someone were to bid and win the auction on 11/24/2015, would the winner owe PERSEVERANT ORGANIZATION OF PROPERTIES LLC whatever they paid in the first auction?

Without a judgement there is no public  record that this is a bad tenant.

However legal Judgements you settle on must be sent through the court it was assigned and the judge will sign off on the Satisfaction Judgment that can take some time aside from that I would have to say I did a splendid job!

At the end of the Final Judgement there is a notice in bold and underlined print that says "If the property is sold at public auction there may be additional money from the sale after payment of persons who are entitled to be paid from the sale proceeds pursuant to this final judgement"A third party bidder was awarded the auction but doesn't the mortgage holder have first rights to this property?
