For example recently in the City of Chicago for an establishment to broadcast THEIR OWN PAID SUBSCRIPTION to Netflix they need to now pay a higher "Entertainment Tax"!

@Matt Buchalski I would not even go down the road of entertaining this thought for a multitude of reasons.

If I fail miserably (which is a thought I never entertain for even a moment), I'll let you know.

If its in a decent area and there are shops and entertainment nearby, having a few bicycles that people could rent out by the hour or daily could encourage people to drive less and make a happier community.

Plenty of shopping, top restaurants and plenty of entertainment.

I would, however, ensure to be upfront with whomever you work with as a very small percentage of sellers will be willing to entertain seller financing. 

In the mean time, I will entertain investment loans, but this will have to be at least after probate is done.
