But first you need to figure out how these things come about, and concentrate your efforts toward those responsible.....if you think it's politics, you're somewhat correct, but you're also wrong.Just my rant for the day, LOL!

Pay a rock star cleaner to specifically clean the fridge and stove and anywhere else there have been concentrations of roaches.

What county are you concentrating in?

The seller is a company that flips houses; they have too many going, and are selling this one as-is so they can concentrate on some more recent, larger acquistions.

The crime looks pretty high, and multi-family buildings seem to be concentrated in areas, but wondering if anyone investing there has insight on vacancy rates, what to look out for, and their outlook in this area.

Perhaps what you really need is an administrative assistant to do some of the minutia items and you concentrate on the more important items.
