I suspect that as automation improves, this discrepancy will happen less and less.In all jurisdictions that I am aware of, there are mechanisms that allow for the property tax to be appealed (both upwards and downwards).

To be a bit more clear, the platform should allow for as much automation as possible within marketing activities.

That may work ok for a small landlord with just a couple tenants, but for anybody with more than a handful of renters, the automation available in good PM software is critical. 

You can accomplish these things by very detailed interviews to see who is a good fit.Robust systems, automations, processes that you repeat with every guest to create that 5-star experience is also very important.
