Technology is really helping these days.  

I want to find out the biggest problems property owners, agents, managers, companies or others in the industry face and provide a solution using web/software or technology. 

I have investments in other industries as well, outside of RE...mostly in technology startup companies...

We have an amazing manager, up to date technology for tenants and owners with contracts, eft and more! 

Middle men don't last very long when technology is allowed to replace them.  

Just like leasing a car, this works well for customers who want this the latest technology with only monthly costs and without maintenance issues. 

The economy seems to be more diverse having a good number of military stationed there, quite  a number of hospitals, tourism, oil, gas and growing a little in technology.
