By age six or so we were sufficiently fluent in language that we could go to school and understand the teachers, our fellow students, etc.Similarly, few successful investors remember their initial struggles to understand the language, the concepts, the subtle art and fine science of real estate: negotiations, deals and transactions.Only a very few of us are natural teachers - able to understand how others learn and able to tailor our language, presentation, modality, etc. to suit each individual.

However not much is mentioned about how to handle the leads when you get them or HOW to CLOSE a deal.A great closer will out perform someone with superior knowledge in most case's.Would you consider signing up for course's on how to SELL and the ART of the deal etc etc.I listed to a bit of Michael Q 's pod cast and read some feedback and many thought his methods techniques were to aggressive for lack of better words..

I like his Art of the deal book its older but still talks about strategy.
