Sadly the risky interest only mortgage are coming back.

Sadly these days, credit card processing is a cost of doing business.

2 million to make 5 grand a month is a very sad return indeed .

I sadly do not have any contacts there currently.

And it's sadly the case that it is really hard to find contractors that are good, fast, and cheap.

@Samuel Yee While I’m of the belief that managing my own (to get started) would be a great learning experience, I wouldn’t be too sad to see it professionally managed...especially if it’s something that makes the bank happy as well and can get the ball rolling.

I think @Bruce Runn probably has the best approach, but again it's a big uncertainty going forward so while my hope is this will be a sad blip in the history of the area with limited to no effect, I don't think anyone can say for sure because we have never had anything like this happen before. 

They were sad to see it go but happy it was going to get a new updated look.

Sadly, the list is like 100 people long and it's taken me 1.5 years just to move up 20 spots.
