Hi all, I moved in this City just a year back and seems to be a vibrant city. Looking at the possibility of starting my real estate investment career here but unsure if this is the right place to begin. Need suggestions from people that have already invested in this area. Also, any specific areas within the city that you prefer? Why? I'm a little concerned about the crime rate though. Thanks for your time! Happy holidays.
