These rentals appeal not only to students, but also to local families transitioning to their next LT situation, professionals moving into town, professionals on ST assignment (traveling nurses, visiting professors, etc.).

I have also had inquiries from travel nurses, but I have not yet rented to them. 

Others are so specialized as to only participate in, say, medium end nursing facilities - only.My observation is that people tend to stick with the business model they know until they are forced to change it or die.

The recorded debts are automatically paid in order of recording, with obligations of the Federal and state government at the top of list followed by municipal claims.But state inheritance taxes, nursing home, welfare liens, and Medicare are often not recorded. 

Vacationers, traveling nurses, oil patch workers, corporate, you name it.

My mother was a nurse in a nursing home for a while, a little different than assisted retirement communities, and it was absolutely horrible what the system does and how our elderly are treated, I agree. 

I'm closing in on my 10 yr mark and in the Army I'll have to reenlist indefinitely which means commit to the next 10 years... or get out.I am choosing the latter lol, My Background is in Battlefield Medicine as I am a Combat Medic and a Licensed Practical Nurse.

You'll find all types from business owners, to law enforcement to nurses, to other professions. 

That said; to OP: I'd be careful here and consult with a licensed practitioner in your state.
